The Dreamscape project is a subset of photos in my Origins series that is characterized by drone photography that I captured on a summer road trip in 2020. I was accompanied by my older cousin, younger brother, and a love interest I had at the time. This road trip was created for me to try and shoot travel photography and grow my portfolio for that. The road trip went incredibly and set my focus on the kind of photographer I thought I would like to become. 
Dreamscape I: Crescent Lake captures Weston Lake at Congaree National Park. This was our first stop  and was a fantastic beginning to our trip. I captured this image very recently after purchasing my first drone. Because of this inexperience, I crashed my drone on the other side of the lake and could not recover it if it had fallen. Fortunately, the drone stayed in the air after falling a few feet and I was able to fly it back safely.
